How often do you get something for free? Well, I think every computer that uses windows (windows xp... etc) comes with the screen capture ability. Using Photoshop software makes it easy to edit everything you capture.
So, here goes. 2 ways to make it work.
- If you have Photoshop, Open it. Now, look on your keyboard for a PRINT SCREEN (Print Scr) key. Mine is located on the upper right hand side.
- Press the Print Scr button
- In Photoshop, Click File > New.
The window should look like this:
- Click > OK
- Press the Ctrl & V keys at the same time.
- Your image should be on Photoshop. Edit as any other picture.

You can also open Microsoft Word, Go to the screen you want to capture, press the Print Scr, go back to MS Word and Press the Ctrl & V keys at the same time.
Your screen shot will appear on the word document. |
